HEARTS ACROSS NEW HAMPSHIRE
Join us in celebrating 60 years of Community Action Success
Since 1965, Community Action Agencies (CAAs) have been a steady source of support for individuals and families across America. What began as part of a national effort to address poverty has grown into a network of programs and services designed to meet people where they are and help them achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
Today, New Hampshire’s five CAAs serve communities statewide with a whole-family, whole-community approach, connecting people to essential resources like energy assistance, early childhood education, transportation, housing support, food access, and more. Each year, thousands of Granite Staters turn to Community Action for support, guidance, and opportunity.
This May, in recognition of National Community Action Month, the New Hampshire Community Action Partnership (CAPNH) invites you to Hearts Across New Hampshire, a celebration of connection, impact, and community.

We invite you to join us and learn more about the important work we do!
Educate
One of the most impactful ways you can help is to educate others about the impact of poverty in our communities. Through the Community Action Partnership of New Hampshire you can request a speaker for your civic group, faith community or other organization. We can also provide you more information about issues of poverty for research purposes.

Advocate
Another important way you can help is to advocate for policies that will help support people struggling with issues of poverty, such as local and regional efforts to create more affordable housing and accessible childcare. Talk with your elected officials and other leaders to let them know that these policies create a better community for all of us.
Donate
